90-Day Workmanship Warranty

If an issue is reported during the warranty period and Home Hero Services LLC determines that the issue was directly caused by our workmanship, we will correct the affected workmanship at no additional labor charge.

Defects directly caused by our workmanship, installation errors performed by Home Hero Services LLC, and reasonable corrections required as a direct result of our original work.

Normal wear and tear; customer-supplied materials, fixtures, or products; manufacturer or product defects; pre-existing or concealed conditions; structural movement; water intrusion, mold, pests, or deterioration not caused by our work; misuse, neglect, accidents, severe weather, or acts of nature; damage or modifications caused by the customer, another contractor, or another third party; and work outside the original agreed scope.

Manufacturer warranties on materials, appliances, fixtures, or products are separate from the Home Hero Services LLC workmanship warranty.

Customers requesting warranty service should contact Home Hero Services LLC promptly and provide their name, service address, original service date, description of the issue, and photographs when available. Home Hero Services LLC may inspect the work before determining warranty eligibility.

Warranty coverage applies to the original customer and original service location. Home Hero Services LLC reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage based on the original scope of work and the cause of the issue.
